This office is always clean and the staff is always professional. I’ve been seeing Dr. Robbinson DPM for years he is very thorough on my examination of my varicose vein ulcers. These examinations can be very painful but I know they are necessary for my ulcers to heal. He takes great care of me and does his best to help me not to be in to much pain. I appreciate every thing he has done for me.

Dr. Shah provides excellent foot care, taking the time to describe procedures and outcomes. She answers questions, and makes you feel so comfortable. I would give 10 stars if possible!

The gifted, conscientious, tenacious, approachable Dr. Joel Robinson saved my foot/leg and quite possibly my life.

After having tragedy strike my son’s family in October 2023, I found myself in Rockwall, TX caring for his young children and home. Quite suddenly one day I noticed my leg swelling with no obvious cause or reason. My husband and I headed to the Texas Health Rockwall Hospital ER. It was determined that my condition was continuing to deteriorate, and I was admitted for treatment in the ICU. A Strep infection had taken up residence in my ankle and was aggressively eating away flesh. The hospital staff went into action with aggressive drug therapy(s) and called in Dr Robinson to access the damage to flesh and soft tissues in my foot/leg. Dr. Robinson performed emergency surgery and a follow-up surgery over the next several days to remove dying flesh and graft in new tissue. Additionally, there were countless hours of managing wound dressing and prescribed wound therapy. For two weeks (which I don’t remember much of), Dr. Robinson and the hospital staff worked together making difficult calculated decisions that saved my life, leg and foot. I feel so blessed by their work.

When time came for the aftercare, Dr. Robinson insisted on staying closely involved by seeing me once a week until the end of March. For my husband and I, that meant a weekly trip from Huntsville to Rockwall and back. It was worth every moment and every mile. Dr. Robinson, his assistant Nautica Rozelle and his office staff have provided exceptional attention and care as I continue toward complete recovery.

Words are inadequate to express my admiration and appreciation of Dr Robinson and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Joel Robinson!

Dr. Tasneem was great at figuring out what problem I was having in my feet. She immediately diagnosed my plantar fasciitis and provided me with the proper treatment plan to alleviate my pain! I highly recommend her for any foot or ankle issues you may be having!

I had a toenail procedure today and got quite a bit lightheaded (side effect for some) and these ladies were on the ball! I had a cold drink, crackers and cold compress before i could blink. I was monitored for a while afterwards to ensure that i was ok before i left. The dr and office staff did a fabulous job of handling this better than i ever could have. Super friendly office, very informative with instructions and aftercare. i highly recommend.

I have had 5 ingrown toenails in the past 5-6 years on the same toe. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding this procedure due to my past bad experiences. During my first visit, Dr. Robinson explained to me the reasons why the removals might not have worked in the past and why it had been a reoccurring issue. When I came in the day of the removal, the staff was so nice to me and I had some of the least painful local anesthetic injections I’ve ever had. Even though Dr. Robinson had to take a lot of my toenail and remove a ton of scar tissue, it was the best experience I have ever had with an ingrown toenail removal. I will never go to any other place for any of my future needs!

He helped us navigate how to keep my dad moving with less pain until his new insurance kicked in and was able to have surgery. He's very kind and caring. You can tell he really loves what he does.

I was told my recovery would be 12-18mo. I was walking my first ever 5k within 4.5 months of surgery. My foot/ankle was literally holding on by a thread! She repaired it better than it's ever been! She was just as amazing with my son! He was climbing Enchanted Rock within just weeks after his 2nd surgery.

The front desk receptionist (Chloe) is absolutely precious! She's always so friendly and funny! The Lucy and Alyssa are absolutely hilarious! Everyone goes over and beyond here! It feels more like seeing old friends than it does going to the dr.

If you need a podiatrist, Dr.Robinson is THE BEST. I just had hammertoe surgery 2 weeks ago and I needed little to NO pain killers post op. HE’s extremely professional, very knowledgeable does amazing work. He does anything from bunions, hammertoes, chronic conditions, the whole nine yards. I was scared of what my toes were going to look like after the surgery because most people have nasty scars and unnatural looking toes, my feet are going to look like a models feet once fully recovered. The stitching is so clean and neat! Highly recommend!

He’s very professional and very efficient and has first class bedside manners! Truth be known, I went originally went to his office and was told I needed a fusion and a Bunionectomy. I actually went for a second opinion, and ended up at UT Southwestern and they prescribed the same procedure exactly as Dr. Hussein, which made it a really hard decision on how to proceed because the rumor has it UT Southwestern has the best care.

I ended up crushing my foot with the ladder and broke three bones, one was a compound fracture and one was a dislocation. After leaving the ER with a crushed foot the ER doctor said follow up with my podiatrist.

I reached out to the UT Southwestern and Was told to keep my original appointment which was a week and a half out. Then that appointment was rescheduled for the following week. I then called the foot doctor in Rockwall and ended up with his personal cell phone number. I texted him images of the x-ray, he told me he was on vacation but he would call me in a few minutes. When he called me back he told me I would need a repair on at least one digit. He told me that he was on vacation and will be back that Thursday. Upon seeing him, he expedited the surgery which he took incredibly good care of me. Even personally called me to tell me the surgery details. I think he has four or five ladies in the office so it wasn’t a lack of manpower. It was wanting the personal connection with his patient.

After surgery I called into the office with questions and he was very quick to get on the phone and make sure I felt comfortable. He told me that I could call him anytime, he knew I had his personal cell phone number which is rather amazing for a doctor of this caliber. If you’re in a Limbo on which doctor to go see this is your guy. The office ladies are all also amazing.

From the girls at the front office, to the nurse, and doctor, they were all very kind and helpful! Highly recommend.

I took my teen son here back in October and we had a really good experience. The facilities is a bit odd considering it's in the same facility as a gym, but it's clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was great, the ladies doing Xrays were great, and Dr. Hussain had a nice bedside manner. The Xray process took a bit longer since new staff were being training, due to several ladies going onto maternity leave, but I didn't mind especially since a thorough job was being done to ensure the new staff were properly trained.

Advanced foot specialist are some of the best professionals in the industry. We have utilized their expertise a few times in the past and only have amazing things to say. Dr. Hussain and Dr. Shah are the go to foot specialist. We recommend them to all our family and friends.

Dr. Hussain did foot surgery on August 13, 2021. I can honestly say that it has been a completely pain-free recovery from the beginning!. His staff has provided the most incredible care.

Dr. H and his staff came into my life in 2018. I’m so incredibly lucky that he was on call that weekend. And I tell him all the time he saves my life. I have been to this practice several times. Dr. Hussain has cared for myself as well as my family for around two years now. My father is a diabetic and amputee and Dr. Hussain has done several different procedures including two surgeries to care for my father and get him to where he should be. The office staff is also so caring and amazing and they treat each patient and everyone on their team as if they are family. I have never seen a more together group than those at Advanced Foot Specialist. Thank you for continuing to be so efficient as well as caring, for each patient that walks thru those doors. I highly reccommend Dr. Hussain, Dr. Shah, and their amazing team above all others.

I had a serious fracture of the calcaneus bone (heel bone) with a partial tear of the achilles tendon. Dr. Shah had to repair the damage with 3 screws and stitches. Almost 3 months later I have been cleared to put some weight on the foot and gradually began walking for a few weeks before therapy begins. My foot feels very good at this point. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Shah, she has a great personality and she and her staff are GREAT. 5 months later I am finished with therapy and doing great.

One year later I have been released to physically do what I want by Dr. Shah. I feel great compared to one year ago.

Have a bone spur. Am leaving for California for two months, it is so panful its hard to walk. The doctor squeezed me in-between patients to get me some relief. I cant recommend highly enough for anyone in my situation this doctor. Five star all the way!
